Company History & Roots
In 1975, Tom Bercher began his construction company with the tools in his truck, a crew of skilled craftsmen, and the dream of building beautiful, quality, custom-built homes. He also dreamed of creating a strong family business that could be passed on to the next generation. Bercher Design & Construction is the fulfillment of that vision.
Today, son-in-law, Brent, and daughter, Jenny Gunsbury, carry on the fine-home building tradition that Tom and his wife, Elaine, started all those years ago. As second-generation owners, Brent and Jenny have a personal investment in the successful completion of each project and the continued satisfaction of their clients.
