When you call Bercher Design & Construction, it's Pat's voice you hear smiling on the other end. Pat has a knack for making clients and visitors feel welcome, be it over the phone or in the office.

Besides the professional hospitality she extends at the front desk, she also routes incoming communication to its proper channel, coordinates office functions, orders supplies, assists with lien waivers, and ensures trade contractors have up-to-date workers' compensation and liability insurance coverage.

A native of Brainerd, Pat married her high school sweetheart, Doug, and they have four children. "He's still my sweetheart," she blushes. A self-described practical and patient person, Pat also finds time to crochet, knit, play the piano, and tend vegetable and flower gardens.
