and he used to bring me along with him as soon as I could be of any help. This is where I fell in love with construction." Since that time, Dustan’s commitment to excellent project management shows in the way he works with clients, trade contractors and the entire Bercher Team.
Client Services Dustan ensures the building experience is a smooth process for you, from breaking ground to presenting the key to the front door. His role on a project is all-encompassing and is integral to the overall satisfaction of the client. Here are thumb-nail sketches of Dustan’s commitment to each and every project:
Coordination- Dustan schedules trade contractors to be at the job site exactly when they’re needed. He orders the right amount of supplies and has them delivered when the carpenters need them. Tight control over scheduling and materials keeps projects on time, on budget, and built to your exact specifications.
Communication- When you want to know exactly what is happening on a job site, Dustan has the facts. Dustan is the point person for the rest of the Bercher Team. He facilitates communication between carpenters, designers, trade contractors, material suppliers, and our financial manager.
Quality Control- Dustan ensures everyone working on the project performs up to Bercher’s standards of quality and workmanship. He visits job sites to assess progress, answer questions, and ensures field crews are adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Personal Dustan was born and raised in the lakes area town of Aitkin, MN. He and his wife, Stephanie, have an infant daughter, Chloe. Says proud father Dustan, “She’s the cutest baby in the world.” Aside from work, Dustan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching NASCAR, cheering for the Minnesota Twins, enjoying the outdoors, and a recently developed hobby of photography (no pun intended).
