Maybe that's why Dan's role as an architectural design consultant is such a good fit where it isn't always what a client says, but what they don't say that makes the difference between capturing or missing what clients are looking for.

Dan’s primary role is to translate clients’ words into 2D or 3D images of homes, offices, industrial buildings or other spaces. Using images to convey what can’t be communicated with words alone, the designer-client dialogue reaches the next tier. Dan also works hard to offer options and choices in design components to ensure the project not only fulfills a client’s dreams, but also fits their budget.

"I like to get it right the first time," says Dan. "If the building's general appearance doesn't meet our client's lifestyle, they may not know it until they see it. I help them view it before we build so that it feels right. It's my role to make sure there aren't any regrets."
