After more than 30 years in the construction industry it’s safe to say that Paul Bendzick has seen it all. He’s

worked his way up from masonry, framing, and finishing work on residential and commerical projects to now, managing and coordinating all of the people and materials it takes to complete a project on-time and on-budget. Paul’s experience on more than 400 projects allows him to see ways to do things better and faster for our clients. In the end, his attention to the details results in a project that will stand the test of time.
Client Services
Paul splits his time between the office and the field. He is an integral link in our line of communication with you. As he coordinates scheduling, monitors budgets, and ensures projects are meeting our high quality standards, he’s also in close contact with the designers and Brent, working to assure your satisfaction.

During the initial stages of a project, Paul conducts pre-construction meetings to ensure everybody is clear on the scope of the project and what it takes to do it well. This planning at the start is key to making it all happen at the end. When everyone involved is familiar with the plans, technical details, and most importantly, your wishes, it makes the projects run that much more smoothly.

Personal
Paul and his wife, Terrie, have two teenagers, a daughter and a son. Outside of work, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. You’ll also find him in the bleachers cheering for his son at basketball and baseball games.
